About this role

Lead a full-stack engineering effort on Raymond James' AMS Technology team to build and enhance an enterprise wealth management platform. You will design and implement robust solutions using Angular and Java (Spring/Spring Boot), provide technical leadership, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement robust full-stack solutions using Angular, Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and Oracle
Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization
Lead code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
Participate in production support rotations and respond to escalated issues

Technical Overview

Hands-on lead for full-stack development with Angular on the front end and Java/J2EE with Spring Framework and Spring Boot on the backend. Work includes microservices architecture, Oracle databases with SQL optimization, NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, and CI/CD with automated testing and performance optimization.
