About this role

Lead full-stack engineering role responsible for designing and building new platform features end-to-end. You will lead technical practices (code reviews, documentation, AI tool usage) and maintain systems while integrating AI capabilities and, if applicable, Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement full-stack features using Vue.js, Fast API, Python, and PostgreSQL
Lead best coding practices, code reviews, and technical documentation
Establish and enforce best practices for AI development tools and AI model limitations
Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance, security, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend

Technical Overview

Build and enhance a modern stack using Vue.js and TypeScript for the frontend, Fast API with Python for backend logic, and PostgreSQL for database management. Deploy and operate on Amazon Web Services using EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, with strong emphasis on responsible AI development and troubleshooting across frontend and backend.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead-level full stack engineer with strong hands-on experience building frontend in Vue.js with TypeScript and backend services in Fast API using Python. They have solid AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), lead code reviews and technical documentation, and can apply responsible AI development practices while understanding AI limitations and security risks.
