About this role

Lead the intake and onboarding of business applications into workforce identity governance and privileged access controls. Partner with application teams and IAM leadership to define requirements, execute onboarding, maintain evidence and artifacts, and continuously improve onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead application onboarding into workforce IGA and PAM controls
  • Serve as primary business-facing partner translating IAM requirements into onboarding deliverables
  • Drive onboarding readiness (entitlement/role discovery, schema/attribute mapping, access request and certification requirements, privileged access use-case mapping)
  • Coordinate across technology, applications, and operations using SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and HashiCorp
  • Maintain onboarding artifacts and validate controls while improving processes continuously
