Lead ML Engineer within Capital One's Luxury Travel organization, responsible for architecting and delivering data-intensive ML systems at scale in a cloud environment, guiding ML infrastructure decisions, and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver ML models and components; inform ML infrastructure decisions; train/validate ML models; collaborate with Product and Data Science; monitor production ML workloads
Technical Overview
Distributed ML stack across Python/Scala/Java; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Spark, TensorFlow); data pipelines and CI/CD; governance and responsible AI practices.
