About this role
Lead the platform engineering effort for Workday integrations supporting HCM and related HR functions. You will design and develop complex Workday integrations, provide technical expertise across security and troubleshooting, and lead a team responsible for integration and configuration work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Workday platform integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT)
- Provide Workday Studio and platform expertise (security, troubleshooting, data analysis, vendor management)
- Lead a team of integrators and configurators supporting Workday HCM modules
- Deliver solutions across Workday areas including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits
- Create automation workflows and ensure quality with unit tests and code reviews
Technical Overview
This is a Workday integrations role using web service technologies such as SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and XSLT. It includes Workday Studio expertise, security and troubleshooting, automation workflow development, and engineering discipline through unit tests and code reviews in an Agile environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Workday-focused HR platform engineer with 6+ years of Workday experience and 4+ years specifically in Workday Integrations or functional configuration. They have technical leadership experience leading integrators/configurators and strong integration skills using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and XSLT, along with automation workflows and rigorous code quality practices.
