About this role
This role is for a Lead Product Owner focused on AI agent and Power Platform capabilities within the Digital Experience portfolio. The position owns product vision, roadmaps, backlog, and release planning to deliver intelligent automation and employee-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own AI and Power Platform product portfolio vision and roadmap
- Prioritize feature releases and manage product backlog and release plans
- Collaborate with Agile and Scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver execution
- Drive responsible adoption of AI and promote alignment across UX, product, engineering, analytics, and customer support
- Deliver product innovation and define planning/design for new AI and automation products
Technical Overview
Product management role centered on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and AI-driven workflows and agents. Works with Agile/Scrum teams to plan and deliver AI-enabled copilots, automation, and analytics-driven experiences aligned to business value.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Lead Product Owner with experience defining AI-enabled product visions and delivering Power Platform solutions that drive adoption and scalable employee productivity. They have strong product roadmap and backlog management skills working with Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including UX, engineering, analytics, and customer support.
