About this role
This hybrid Lead, Quality Systems role manages employee onboarding and training while performing internal audits for compliance. The lead tracks training completion, documents non-conformance, and reports audit and training status to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirement
- Assist in development of audit plans and audit schedules and conduct quality audits
- Schedule and conduct new hire onboarding, assign employees to training roles, and audit onboarding training completion
- Manage the QMS Employee Training Manager system and create customized system reports
- Document non-conformance and prepare/present quality audit and training status reports to management
Technical Overview
The position is focused on quality management execution, including internal audit planning/scheduling and training program administration using a QMS Employee Training Manager system. It relies on strong computer literacy with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create customized system reports and document results.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead quality professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience in quality systems, internal auditing, and employee training/onboarding. They are highly proficient with Google tools and can manage a QMS training system while producing customized reports. They demonstrate strong attention to detail, coaching/mentoring skills, and the ability to present audit and training status updates to management.
