About this role
This role functions as a lead cashier and/or stocker, supporting the store with customer service, stocking, and plan-o-gram execution. In the absence of store leadership, the lead authorizes refunds/overrides and helps ensure the store is opened/closed properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks
- Stock merchandise and rotate/face shelves
- Build merchandise displays and restock recovered merchandise
- Operate cash register and flatbed scanner (itemize/total, bag, make change)
- Support plan-o-gram implementation and lead customer service, including opening/closing as directed

They provide strong customer service, can work independently, and are comfortable opening/closing the store and handling refund/override authorizations when the manager is absent.
