About this role
This Lead Sales Associate position supports store operations as a cashier and/or stocker, stepping into a lead capacity when store management is absent. The role focuses on unloading trucks, stocking and merchandising, assisting customers, operating the register and scanner, and maintaining plan-o-gram and store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and receive cartons/totes
- Stock, rotate, and face merchandise; build displays
- Operate cash register and flatbed scanner; collect payment and make change
- Support plan-o-gram implementation and register countertop plan-o-grams
- Provide customer service leadership and assist with store opening/closing
