About this role
Lead Sales Associate role supporting store operations by cashiering and stocking while acting as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsible for merchandising execution, front-end maintenance, and providing exemplary customer service.

- Unload trucks
- Receive and unpack cartons and totes
- Stock, rotate, and face merchandise
- Operate cash register and flatbed scanner
- Assist with plan-o-gram and store operations
Technical Overview
Hands-on retail operations using a cash register and flatbed scanner, executing plan-o-grams and register countertop plan-o-grams, and managing receiving, stocking, and ordering processes per store procedures.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead-level retail associate experienced working as a Cashier and Stocker while supporting store operations in the Store Manager’s absence. They can execute plan-o-grams, manage receiving and stocking, and provide exemplary customer service using a cash register and flatbed scanner.
