About this role
This part-time Lead Sales Associate role functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and serves as a lead when higher management is absent. The position emphasizes merchandising execution, plan-o-grams, customer service, accurate checkout, receiving/stocking processes, and store cleanliness and loss reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and flatbed scanner for itemizing and totaling purchases
- Stock merchandise (rotate, face, build displays) and restock returned/recovered items
- Implement and maintain plan-o-grams
- Unpack and receive cartons and totes; follow truck unloading process
- Provide lead customer service and assist with store opening/closing and refunds/override
