Lead Services Architect to shape Govplace’s Managed Services portfolio, architecting service offerings that align with customer needs, vendor programs, and delivery models while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the Managed Services service catalog
Establish standards for service design, pricing, and margins
Lead complex deals as the service architect
Partner with Sales to develop solution strategies
Collaborate with Operations to align design and delivery

Technical Overview

Deep expertise in service design and portfolio development; familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and enterprise technologies; strong pre-sales and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Vendor partners.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior services architect with 8+ years in managed services or solution design, adept at creating and selling repeatable service offerings for MSP/VAR environments, with familiarity in federal contracting and ITIL-based service management.

Must-Have Skills
