About this role

Genius Match is seeking a Lead Sitecore Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise across Sitecore implementations for one or more client engagements. You will lead architecture, design, and delivery while mentoring engineers and anchoring PoC efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Sitecore solutions
Provide best-fit technical solutions and anchor PoC development
Lead hands-on development using ASP.NET, C#, .NET Framework/Core, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery
Design and build custom Sitecore features and integrations
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Delivery teams

Technical Overview

The role requires deep Sitecore XP/XM experience (or composable Sitecore), strong C#/ASP.NET MVC skills, and React front-end experience. You will manage CI/CD with Azure DevOps, oversee SQL Server usage, and guide technical delivery across the full project lifecycle in a remote setting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Sitecore engineer with hands-on leadership experience and deep Sitecore XP/XM expertise, strong C#/ASP.NET MVC skills, and front-end proficiency with React. They should be able to guide technical delivery across client engagements and mentor junior engineers.
