About this role

Lead iOS Software Engineer role building iOS client code solutions that support Product Strategy and engineering best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging iOS customer experiences, mentor engineers, and lead delivery of major iOS platform components.

Key Responsibilities

Develop iOS client code solutions aligned to Product Strategy and engineering best practices
Partner cross-functionally (Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts) to deliver customer experiences
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver commitments on time and with high quality
Mentor junior to mid-level members and influence team discussions
Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Swift and other language idioms

Technical Overview

The role focuses on iOS application development using Swift, with attention to Swift language idioms during pull request reviews. You will operate in small Agile teams and continuously learn across mobile development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, and 3rd party libraries) while partnering across iOS and APIs.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Lead iOS engineer with 3+ years building iOS applications and 3+ years using Swift, plus 4+ years of professional software engineering experience. They can lead delivery of major iOS components in Agile teams, review pull requests for Swift idioms, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with UX/UI, Quality Engineering, and Product.

Must-Have Skills
