Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team for distributed microservices and full stack systems
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
  • Utilize Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, Scala plus Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • Experiment with new technologies and mentor engineering community members
  • Architect and launch conversational experiences powered by Generative AI

Technical Overview

You will lead development and design across microservices and full stack systems using Java, Python, SQL, and other languages, with heavy emphasis on cloud computing and container orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes on Amazon Web Services. The position also focuses on integrating Generative AI capabilities into customer-facing conversational experiences.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead back-end software engineer with 4+ years of professional software engineering experience and at least 1 year of cloud computing experience on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. They have strong hands-on experience with distributed microservices and full stack systems, and can architect and launch conversational experiences powered by Generative AI.
