Independently navigate modern digital workspace architectures
Develop competitive business cases, cost estimates, and risk-adjusted pricing strategies
Lead technical discovery sessions to align requirements and drive solution design

Technical Overview

The technical scope centers on modern digital workspace architectures spanning collaboration/audio-visual, device modernization, virtual desktop infrastructure, unified communications, and contact center technologies. You will lead technical discovery sessions and create business cases, cost estimates, and risk-adjusted pricing strategies to support delivery-ready solutions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead-level Solutions Architect who has delivered digital workspace solutions end-to-end, translating customer requirements into structured, delivery-ready architectures. They should be strong in discovery-led engagements and capable of building business cases, cost estimates, and risk-adjusted pricing strategies for modern collaboration, audio-visual, VDI, unified communications, and contact center technologies.
