This role is a Lead Solutions Architect supporting Air Force business development and capture teams by translating acquisition and operational requirements into winning technical solutions and proposal narratives. The position requires deep Air Force IT and C2 architecture knowledge, including theater connectivity and base-level communications programs.

  • Support Business Development Executive and capture teams on Air Force proposals, Translate Air Force acquisition frameworks and modernization priorities into winning architectures and narratives
  • Apply deep familiarity with Air Force enterprise IT and C2 systems architecture
  • Provide operationally credible solution architectures across installation IT and mission-system domains
  • Support acquisition processes including requirements flow understanding from HAF/A6 through MAJCOM and Wing-level commands

The Solutions Architect - Air Force will architect technically credible solutions grounded in Air Force acquisition structures (AFWAY, ITSM contracting vehicles, AFMC mechanisms) and requirements flow (HAF/A6 through MAJCOM and Wing commands). Technical scope spans NIPR/SIPR/JWICS enclave operations, ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow, DISA STIG automation, RMF/ATO and AFCYBER compliance, PACAF/INDOPACOM connectivity, SATCOM resilience, and Air Force C2 architecture areas including ABMS, ACC combat communications, and JADC2 integration.

The ideal candidate is a Solutions Architect with deep, hands-on familiarity with Air Force enterprise IT and C2 systems, including base-level communications and PACAF/INDOPACOM connectivity. They have experience translating Air Force acquisition frameworks and requirements flows into technically credible, operationally sound proposal architectures and narratives, ideally with direct program office exposure.
