Auria is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to support projects for the US Space Force. The role focuses on designing, integrating, testing, and documenting complex space and software systems in a remote environment with a preference for Colorado Springs, CO.

  • Lead system design, development, and integration
  • Oversee unit, integration, and performance testing and troubleshooting
  • Produce and communicate system documentation (architecture, requirements, test plans, user guides)

The ideal candidate is a lead-level systems engineer with 7+ years supporting DoD/federal programs, including hands-on work across system architecture, integration, and testing (unit, integration, and performance). They also bring TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility, strong documentation skills, and experience building large-scale, complex space systems with cloud-native infrastructure and security (zero-trust) baked in.
