About this role
Lead the enterprise test engineering function to ensure DTCC applications and systems meet defined quality standards. Own automated and non-automated testing strategies spanning functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, conduct, and evaluate testing processes and coordinate defect remediation
- Lead functional and non-functional testing including regression and browser testing
- Own performance, capacity, stress, and resiliency testing coverage
- Design and implement automated testing solutions and reusable test automation frameworks
- Provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm
Technical Overview
Works within Enterprise Test Engineering to drive regression testing, browser testing, performance/capacity/stress testing, resiliency testing, and environment/infrastructure testing. Designs and maintains reusable automated testing solutions and frameworks while partnering with developers to remediate defects.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead test engineer with strong enterprise test engineering experience across functional testing and non-functional testing, including regression, browser, performance, and capacity/stress testing. They have hands-on experience designing reusable test automation frameworks and collaborating with developers to remediate defects while ensuring applications meet defined enterprise quality standards.
