About this role
Lead end-to-end UX design for Salesforce products, shaping the UX vision and collaborating across design, product, engineering, and marketing to deliver polished, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence and communicate the UX vision to stakeholders
- Build partnerships across Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing
- Solve complex UX design problems across web, mobile and tablet
- Collaborate with product owners/managers to validate opportunities via user testing and research
- Deliver final product with engineering collaboration
Technical Overview
Strong emphasis on user-centered design methods, design thinking, and design tooling (Figma, Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator). Experience with design systems and CRM/enterprise software is a bonus; agile collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior/lead UX designer with 10+ years in cross-functional product teams, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record delivering web/mobile experiences. Expertise in design systems, analytics-driven iteration, and CRM/enterprise software is key.
