About this role
Lead UX Designer for Target's Emerging Experiences, driving the design of future guest experiences and guiding cross-functional teams through concepting to prototyping at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional design sprints to explore new guest experiences and technologies
- Contribute to the development of future-state journeys and conceptual models
- Facilitate multiple cross functional working teams
- Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase - such as wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes
- Guide design process and mentor junior designers
Technical Overview
Advanced UX design scope with prototyping tools (Figma, Principle, Framer, Cursor, Lovable); emphasis on design sprints, IA, interaction, visual design, accessibility, and storytelling; leadership across design teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead product designer with 7+ years of experience, strong portfolio, and mastery of advanced prototyping tools, capable of guiding Emerging Experiences design and mentoring peers.
