About this role
Lead warehouse team activities for second shift, ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading and overall warehouse flow. Train and support warehouse staff on SOP compliance, Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage, documentation accuracy, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficient organization
- Load and unload trailers/ocean containers safely and accurately
- Prepare outbound loads (paperwork matching, labeling, ULD preparation, Bills of Lading)
- Execute dock-to-stock and bonded import freight procedures (ERTS, bond checks)
Technical Overview
Operate and guide warehouse execution using Warehouse Management System (WMS) while handling equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts and hand jacks. Manage inbound/outbound freight movements including trailers/ocean containers, Bills of Lading, Unit Load Device (ULD) preparation, Dock-to-Stock procedures, and bonded import freight within External Temporary Storage (ERTS).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse operations experience and is a certified forklift operator. They are safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example while training and coaching warehouse teams on SOPs, WMS processes, loading/unloading, documentation, and quality standards.
