A remote, fractional executive partnership for seasoned leadership professionals to deploy a ready-made leadership system. Partners use a plug-and-play LMS and delivery infrastructure, complete mandatory training and deadlines, and then deliver one-on-one coaching with performance-based compensation tied to deployment success.
Key Responsibilities
