Senior L&D Specialist/Dealer Trainer to deliver automotive dealer training nationwide, leveraging virtual and in-person formats and related technologies. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with dealer customers and matrix teams.

- Participate in Train the Trainer events; Manage logistics for training events; Facilitate Ally Academy Training Courses; Leverage Zoom, PowerPoint, Turning Technologies, Salesforce, Teams; Maintain 95%+ Top 2 Box Survey results
