About this role
PTC is hiring a Learning Consultant to design, implement, and evaluate training strategies for improved employee performance and learning experiences. The role focuses on instructional design, needs assessment, and building digital-first learning environments such as blended learning and microlearning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders
- Build instructional design solutions (e-learning, workshops, blended learning)
- Facilitate training sessions and train-the-trainer
- Evaluate training using analytics and feedback
- Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and content
Technical Overview
The role requires e-learning and instructional design capabilities, including using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools. The consultant will deliver virtual and in-person facilitation, support train-the-trainer sessions, and use analytics to measure training effectiveness.
