About this role
Responsible for executing training strategies for Velera's client institutions, delivering onboarding and ongoing learning programs, and ensuring knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit understanding of Velera products and technology solutions
- Conduct pre/post conversion learning analysis
- Develop and lead learning plans
- Facilitate quarterly client training sessions
- Create engaging training content and deliver client-facing sessions
Technical Overview
Leverages adult learning theory to design and deliver training using an LMS, and develops blended learning programs for financial services solutions (ATM, card processing, fraud tools).
Ideal Candidate
A mid-level learning professional with 2-5 years in training and development, strong LMS experience, and financial services knowledge (credit/debit cards).
Must-Have Skills
Degree in Adult LearningEducationor Business Managementor equivalent combination of education and/or related experience or coursework required.Two (2) to Five (5) years of training and development experienceincluding needs analysisprogram developmenttraining deliveryand performance consulting required.Two (2) years of professional knowledge and experience in financial services (credit cardsmerchant activitydebit cardslendingetc.).Experience with a learning management system.
