About this role
Oversee Legal Service Providers and fourth-party attorney firms supporting Deficiency Recovery, driving vendor performance through onboarding, training, and coaching on quality, compliance, and complaint management. Lead a centralized integration function, manage supplier performance for recovery activities, and own the full Business Continuity Program with monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Legal Service Providers and fourth-party attorney firms supporting Deficiency Recovery
- Lead onboarding, training, and coaching of LSPs to ensure quality, compliance, and complaint management
- Manage supplier performance metrics and remediation; drive continuous improvement
- Own and execute the Business Continuity Program (BCP) including testing and monthly reporting
- Lead supplier due diligence, onboarding/offboarding, and invoicing/SLAs review
Technical Overview
Role focuses on vendor management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven reporting. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is needed for executive-grade visuals; experience in business continuity planning and risk remediation is key.
