About this role
TRANZACT is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agents for remote, full-time inside sales roles focused on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Life & Supplemental policies. Agents work call center assignments, qualify customers, quote premiums, follow scripts, and submit applications while adhering to compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify prospective customers and recommend coverage
- Explain policy features and follow up to sell appropriate plans
- Calculate and/or quote premium rates
- Perform accurate data entry and submit applications
- Follow scripts and comply with quality assurance requirements
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily operational: using company-provided computer systems for data entry and application submission, in a scripted call center sales workflow. No specific software tools beyond general computer systems are named.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level licensed insurance sales agent who holds a Health and/or Medicare Supplement insurance license. They are comfortable in a call center environment, qualify prospects, quote premium rates, follow scripts and sales processes, and complete accurate data entry and application submissions with strong compliance discipline.
