About this role
IT Support Engineer I at One Medical IT Support provides afterhours IT support to internal users across a nationwide network, handling ticketing, remote troubleshooting, hardware/software configuration, and HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for IT users
- Troubleshoot via phone, chat, and ticketing system
- Provide remote IT support
- Install and configure hardware/software across Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and update knowledge base
Technical Overview
Supports Windows/Mac/Linux environments; handles Active Directory, SCCM, DNS/DHCP/SSL, and HIPAA-compliant IT operations with remote and on-site readiness. Maintains knowledge base and contributes to workflow improvements.
Ideal Candidate
An entry-level IT support engineer with 1+ years of Windows Server and 2+ years of multi-OS support experience. Must be comfortable with afterhours support, remote work, HIPAA compliance, and possess solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
