About this role
Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Vanta, responsible for designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle programs to drive onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion in a remote US-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy and execution across email and in-product channels
- Map and maintain end-to-end customer journeys
- Design and launch lifecycle programs from ideation to iteration
- Translate product usage into targeted programs
- Partner with Product, Marketing Ops, Data, Sales, and CS
Technical Overview
Utilizes marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to build AI-powered personalization and experiments; leverages in-product tools (Pendo, Intercom, Chameleon) for messaging and analysis.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a 4-6 year B2B lifecycle marketer with hands-on experience in HubSpot/Marketo and Salesforce, adept at building AI-enabled personalization and multi-channel campaigns in a product-led growth SaaS environment.
