This role is responsible for the performance, availability, and security of manufacturing sites compute and network infrastructure. It focuses on monitoring, automation, stability, and enabling reliable shop-floor connectivity and operational data collection.

The position supports end-to-end network connectivity and machine data collection systems used for business intelligence. It includes 24x7 operational support, server room and network closet maintenance, and hands-on work with MS SQL, Network Topology, switches, routers, firewalls, and MS Windows Servers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of professional experience (or equivalent through an associate degree or high school plus years) and understands MS SQL and Network Topology, including switches, routers, and firewalls. They have practical experience supporting manufacturing IT/OT operations with proactive monitoring, rapid outage response, and the ability to work in a 24x7 environment.
