This is a Tier II Advanced Resolution Center Technician remote role focused on resolving escalated data, VoIP, and transport-related issues for customers. You will troubleshoot connectivity and configuration problems, monitor activity in SolarWinds, and coordinate vendor dispatches needed for installations and repairs.

  • Monitor real-time data activity via SolarWinds while responding to outages
  • Use advanced knowledge of broadband, fiber, PBX, PRI and hosted platforms (7 data layers)
  • Remotely troubleshoot customer equipment or educate customers
  • Coordinate vendor dispatches for voice and data service installation/repair and ensure first call resolution

The ideal candidate is a Tier II Advanced Resolution Center Technician with strong VoIP and data troubleshooting experience, including verifying configuration settings, analyzing firewall settings, and diagnosing bridge mode vs PPPOE scenarios. They can monitor real-time activity in SolarWinds, troubleshoot broadband/fiber/PBX/PRI/hosted platforms, and coordinate vendor dispatches to install or repair voice and data services while driving first call resolution.
