Technical Overview

Deep knowledge of DSCR, ARV, ground-up construction; proficiency with LMS and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for rapid deal analysis; debt metrics (LTV/LTC/DSCR/debt yield) and pipeline optimization

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled loan production manager with at least 5 years in private money lending, expert DSCR/ARV/ground-up construction knowledge, and strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities to quickly spread deals and compute key ratios.

Must-Have Skills
