About this role

Logistics Analyst responsible for data distribution, continuous improvement, and customer reporting within Penske Logistics. Acts as liaison between Operations and support groups and provides technical support for system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and prioritization related to system solutions
Respond to user inquiries, isolate problems, and support implementation
Review existing system solutions with Penske users and coordinate improvements
Ensure system changes are accurate with limited impact
Document process flows and translate requirements to engineering as needed

Technical Overview

Focus on data extraction, reporting, and process documentation; utilize common office software (Excel/Access/Word) to deliver metrics and support system changes.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level logistics analyst with at least 1 year of related experience, strong data extraction and reporting skills, and proficiency with Excel/Access/Word. They should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to travel as needed.
