Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions across multiple industry verticals
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Prepare client materials (pitch books, CIMs)
- Conduct industry and company-specific research
- Participate in due diligence and transaction closings
