About this role
The M365 Sales Engineer supports Microsoft 365 sales by identifying technical requirements, delivering remote demos, and positioning Nerdio’s value across the M365 ecosystem. You will help MSP partners execute strategic deals around migration, modernization, and managed service expansion while communicating partner feedback to product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify technical requirements and accelerate the sales cycle
- Deliver technical presentations and demos for M365 management and security
- Partner with sales on deals involving M365 migration, modernization, and managed service expansion
- Match customer pain points to M365-centric solutions including Copilot readiness and Intune endpoint management
- Support ROI/TCO business case and communicate partner feedback to product/engineering
Technical Overview
This is a technical pre-sales role focused on Microsoft 365: identity, productivity, security, licensing optimization, automation through Nerdio Manager, and solution readiness for Copilot. Core solution areas include Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, plus support for AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) and Windows 365.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an M365 Sales Engineer who is a strong Microsoft 365 specialist with demonstrated pre-sales experience, including technical demos and partner-facing delivery. They can map customer pain points to M365-centric solutions (Copilot readiness, Intune/endpoint management, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint) and support ROI/TCO business case discussions for licensing efficiency and automation savings.
