Machine Operator I supports the manufacturing of laminate flooring panels by operating automated industrial machinery on cutting and milling lines. The role focuses on quality inspections/testing, documentation and safety compliance, and making adjustments such as plate changes based on automated monitoring and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated industrial machinery on cutting and milling production lines
- Perform quality inspections and testing throughout shift to identify defects
- Learn and apply correct production parameters to minimize defect opportunities
- Train and perform production line adjustments including plate changes
- Follow documentation standards, safety policies, and standard operating procedures
