Serve as a maintenance technician supporting automated manufacturing and engineering processes. Perform installation, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs to keep mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and comply with OSHA/EPA requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and recover issues with robots on the production line
- Perform emergency repairs for mechanical, electric, and hydraulic machinery
- Inspect, service, calibrate, and maintain PLCs and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
