About this role
Maintenance Automation Technician responsible for providing care and technical support to manufacturing processes and assets, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, and supporting robotic and automation systems on a 12-hour night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting; repair and upgrade equipment; inspect and calibrate machinery; maintain paperwork and inventory
Technical Overview
Hands-on maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems, PLC-based controls, robotics, vision systems; reading schematics; use of measuring tools; adherence to safety and 5S/Lean/Six Sigma practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level maintenance technician with 2+ years of hands-on experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical repair, capable of reading schematics, troubleshooting, and working night shifts with on-call availability.
