Technical Overview
Focus on power plant maintenance, asset management systems (Maximo, Asset Suite 9), troubleshooting, and outage coordination while adhering to safety and access requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level maintenance supervisor with 8+ years of technician experience in power plant operations, proficient in Maximo/Asset Suite 9, and capable of leading safety-focused maintenance teams during outages.
Must-Have Skills
Associate's degree in engineering technologyelectronicsor related field OR High school diploma/GED with 18 months of trade or technical training in Power Plant Technology or related field8 years' experience as a Technician in an appropriate area of plant operationsMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
