Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior maintenance leader with 4+ years of direct supervisory experience and a strong background in CMMS-based maintenance, RCA/CI, and budgeting. They should be capable of leading multiple maintenance teams, developing preventive maintenance programs, and driving safety and continuous improvement across a distributed site network.
