Position Details
About this role
This role is for a Red Seal Certified Industrial Millwright (433A) who will support 24/7 operations across industrial manufacturing equipment. You will perform installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting while documenting work in FIIX CMMS and following OHSA safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery using layout plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems (motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes)
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose malfunctions and apply root cause corrective actions
- Enter breakdown details, labor hours, and maintenance activities into FIIX CMMS system
Technical Overview
You will work on mechanical systems including motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and gearboxes. The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, precision alignment with measuring tools, and corrective actions based on root cause analysis, with CMMS tracking in the FIIX CMMS system.

The ideal candidate is a Red Seal Certified Industrial Millwright (433A Certified) experienced in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. They are strong in preventive and predictive maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting with a root cause mindset, and accurate maintenance documentation using a CMMS such as FIIX CMMS.
