Maintenance Planner I&C

This role plans and prepares work packages and work instructions for the maintenance department to perform CEC maintenance safely and reliably. It includes conducting field walkdowns, coordinating with multiple internal groups, and ensuring compliance with the Quality Assurance (QA) manual and applicable codes and standards.

• Plan and prepare work instructions/work packages for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, surveillance, and modifications
• Select and approve purchase or provide procurement recommendations for materials
• Conduct field walkdowns to identify/analyze maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities and improve work package quality
• Interface and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to resolve work package issues
• Ensure maintenance is performed safely and in compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) manual, company policies/procedures, and applicable codes and standards

Responsibilities center on maintenance work package development for corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, surveillance, and modifications. The role uses field walkdowns and cross-functional interfaces with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to improve work package quality and execute procurement recommendations for required materials, all under QA and codes compliance.

The ideal candidate is a maintenance planning professional with experience preparing work packages and work instructions that enable safe, reliable, efficient maintenance execution. They are detail-oriented, perform field walkdowns to assess corrective/preventive maintenance, modifications, and surveillance activities, and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering while ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) compliance.
