Technical Overview

The technical scope is field/plant maintenance: heavy industrial maintenance work focused on equipment upkeep and repair, plus support of the steel making process. Welding certification (AWS Certified Welder) and millwright experience are preferred; no software/IT systems are specified.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience (or a relevant technical degree) and can work rotating shifts. They demonstrate strong safety leadership through initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. AWS Certified Welder and millwright experience are strong advantages.
