Provide administrative support to the maintenance function by managing parts availability, maintaining fleet records, and supporting procurement and reporting. Reconcile financial data and help analyze fleet operations to improve accuracy and operational performance.

  • Maintain fleet records including preventive maintenance schedules and corrective maintenance
  • Input fleet information daily into a computerized fleet management system
  • Process purchase orders using ePro and assign general ledger codes
  • Receive, tag, stock, and dispense parts to mechanics per policy
  • Reconcile Dossier financial data to Lawson general ledger and support fleet operations analysis

Work with a computerized fleet management system for daily fleet updates and generate productivity/usage reports. Process transactions using ePro, reconcile Dossier financial data to Lawson general ledger, and support purchase order accuracy with accounting teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general office experience and related experience in a maintenance/trucking environment. They are detail-oriented and comfortable maintaining fleet records, managing parts inventory, processing purchase orders (including general ledger codes in ePro), and reconciling financial data using Dossier and Lawson general ledger.
