Maintenance Tech/Welder maintains, repairs, and installs equipment, machinery, and facilities under direct supervision. In addition to preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs, this role requires welding and involves safety-compliant machine operation.

- Perform welding required
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance pm assigned by a supervisor
- Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery
- Practice safety awareness including machine operation and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain organized parts/materials

The scope includes welding, scheduled preventative maintenance, inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment, and troubleshooting. The role requires OSHA knowledge, strict adherence to lock-out/tag-out procedures, ability to read basic machine schematics, and use of measuring equipment like digital and dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers.
