Maintenance Technician II leads a facilities team to keep Nordstrom stores safe and ready for business every day. The role supports the Facility Manager (FM) with preventive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, building system monitoring, and delegation of generated workorders, while also mentoring other technicians.

The ideal candidate is a Maintenance Technician II who can lead preventive maintenance across HVAC and other critical building systems, and perform advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. They have experience operating building controls, working in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), delegating generated workorders, and serving as a safety champion while mentoring other technicians.
