Nordstrom is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to lead preventive maintenance and support day-to-day store readiness across multiple locations. The technician will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, operate building controls and handle EMCS alarm troubleshooting, and ensure CMMS documentation is kept current while mentoring other technicians.

This facilities maintenance position requires performing planned preventive maintenance across critical and non-critical equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems for store operations, and operating/monitoring building controls and associated systems. The role uses EMCS for alarm troubleshooting and updates CMMS to maintain accurate maintenance procedures and equipment historical records.

The ideal candidate is a Maintenance Technician II who can cover multiple locations and reliably execute preventive maintenance while performing advanced troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems. They will be comfortable operating building controls and running EMCS alarm troubleshooting, and they will maintain accurate CMMS records and safety compliance using LOTO and PPE practices.
