Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift with a High School diploma or GED and strong safety awareness, including OSHA requirements and lock-out/tag-out. They can perform scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical equipment, and read basic machine schematics, with the ability to learn precision measuring methods to diagnose wear and damage.
