This role is a Maintenance Technician position responsible for maintaining and repairing plant production equipment and related utilities/building/grounds. The technician performs preventative, breakdown, and predictive maintenance while following OSHA and electrical code safe work practices.

  • Follow OSHA and electrical code safe work practices
  • Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components
  • Perform preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and predictive maintenance
  • Read and understand electrical prints and use testing equipment (multimeters, meggers, tone generator)
  • Provide hazard identification and be available for overtime and on-call night/weekend coverage

You will install and repair electrical systems and troubleshoot electrical equipment including AC and DC motors and up to 480v 3 phase systems. Testing tools include multimeters, meggers, and tone generator, with troubleshooting coverage for relays, limit switches, tachometers/encoders, motor drive systems, oven burner systems, and position sensing devices.

The ideal candidate is an electrical-focused maintenance technician with strong industrial troubleshooting skills across AC and DC motors and up to 480v 3 phase systems. They can read electrical prints, use multimeters/meggers/tone generator for testing, perform preventative, breakdown, and predictive maintenance, and meet operational needs like overtime and rotated on-call coverage.
